All order forms and money are due to the Sandy Elementary by Friday, October 1st.
No orders will be accepted after this date.
Order forms can be found in the front office. There was also a link sent to your email.
Please return this form to the front office with cash or check made out to Sandy Elementary PTA.
Most T-shirts: $6.00 per shirt
Miss Nicky can take credit card payments in the front office as well. Please see her in the mornings for that before the due date.
T-shirt art was done by Dante. He won the t-shirt art contest the PTA hosted in the spring. Thank you Dante for your winning artwork.
