- Welcome and call meeting to order
- Approve minutes from last meeting: Motion to approve minutes from last meeting passed.
- Review member attendance and possibly replace members who haven’t attended: Non-attending members will be removed. Kristen will reach out to possible new parent to join the SCC.
- Begin writing TSSP and LAND Trust plans for next school year.
- TSSP and Title I will be worked on by school and goals/direction shared with SCC for input.
- SCC will write and develop LAND Trust plan to address one or more academic goals from TSSP.
- Review Land Trust and TSSA plans for current year – Is spending on track? Are any amendments needed? SCC felt spending is on track. Essential standards defined.
- We are set to be able to take around 12 additional teachers/personnel to AVID professional learning
- School Safety and Security
- Safety Drill report for January: Evacuation drill/ Fire drill completed successfully.
- Discuss carnival: Staff input reviewed. Date set for Carnival: Thursday, May 23rd 4:30-6:30pm. No grade level dances. Some games will have an academic focus. Educational booths. Building will be closed. We will bring in portable bathrooms. Food Trucks will be invited. School will require 15% of profits from food trucks. Carnival will be a fundraiser for the school. Families are welcome to bring their own picnic. Everything is free except for food truck food. No tickets. Police presence is required.
