1. Welcome and call meeting to order:
2. Approval of minutes from our last meeting: Last month’s meeting minutes reviewed and approved.
3. Nominations on Chair, Vice Chair & Secretary:
Natialie Kowalis was nominated as SCC Chair- nomination voted on and approved. Rob Archuleta was nominated as Vice Chair- nomination voted on and approved. Isa Connelly nominated as SCC Secretary- nomination voted on and approved.
4. Vote on Chair, Vice Chair & Secretary: see notes above.
5. Review principal assurance:
Principal Pua reviewed the Principal assurances.
6. Approvals:
a. Moving cell tower money to the Principal Account to help with teacher- appreciation meals, etc.:
SCC voted and approved the motion.
b. Can we buy t-shirts for kids next year:
SCC voted and motion was approved.
c. Looking for a new table in the faculty lounge: SCC approved the motion. Isa will look into RC Wiley and other furniture places for a donation or very reduced table.
d. Need approval for 4 sub days (2 will be during Student Council
conference): SCC voted and motion approved.
e. Need approval for safe walking route 25-26 (Due. Nov. 1): Route reviewed and approved by SCC. Safety Patrol was discussed.
7. Share link for SCC training this year (Oct. 3 & 8):
Principal Pua will send this information out to the SCC.
8. Decide on upcoming meeting times: We will cancel November’s meeting due to election day. Our next meeting will be December 3rd at 3:15pm.
