Sandy Elementary is proud to announce Denée Bringhurst as Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Bringhurst has taught at Sandy Elementary for 27 years! She is dedicated to the students and families of Sandy and often stays in contact with them for years. Denée is a wonderful teammate who works seamlessly with her fellow teachers to make a difference for students. Being in her class is an amazing experience. Mrs. Bringhurst’s students feel safe, they know that they belong, and they love coming to school. Here are a couple of quotes from parents about her:
