COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

Agenda Items:

1. Welcome and call meeting to order: SCC Chairperson called meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from our last meeting: Minutes from last meeting reviewed and approved.
3. Approvals/Discussion:
   1. New knowledge of extra funds from the district:NCUST conference approved by SCC. 5 staff members from Sandy Elementary will attend. Conference will focus on best teaching strategies and AVID principles. 
   2. Review new TSSP/LandTrust goal for 25-26: Land Trust estimates for 2025-26:TSSA- $112,000/ Land Trust- $83,000. We are using funds to pay for 2 FTE. Principal Pua will share any new information as she receives it. 
   3. AVID Discussion – Sandy Elementary: Principal Pua presented an AVID overview.
4. Decide on upcoming meeting times: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 3:15pm
