COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

Agenda Items:

1. Welcome and call meeting to order 
2. Approval of minutes from our last meeting-Reviewed and Approved
3. Discuss replacing members with a pattern of absences? Mr. Walker mentioned a couple members might need to be replaced due to inactivity.
4. Review current year’s LAND Trust Plan, data and expenditures, and review if on-course and amend if necessary- Data reviewed in detail: Kinder tracking first sound fluency; 1st Grade tracking nonsense words; 2nd- 5th Grade tracking oral reading fluency. TSSA funds to be spent on interventionists and professional learning for teachers. 
5. School Safety report and Digital Citizenship discussion- Reports filled out together as an SCC. The SCC felt we are being diligent in those two areas and no modifications to our plan need to be made. Requirements are being met. 
6. Discuss end-of-year carnival- Totals were available but will be at the next meeting. We decided to include our cultural talent show again this next year. Doris will lead out on that.
